What We do?
Vocational Training
This program is targeted at the economically disadvantaged youth. India has a large percentage of youth who have not been able to complete their formal education and also do not have the required vocational skills to be gainfully employed. Through AIPS vocational centers basic training is being given like Computer education, Fashion Designing, Beauty Culture, Spoken English, Call Centre Training, N.T.T ( Nursery Teacher's Training ), NPTT ( Nursery and Primary Teacher's Training ), Art and craft, Dancing, cutting and tailoring, Mahanadi designing, cooking, and designing etc.
Teachers training
To manage and develop the quality of education we arrange a teachers training program time to time. These programs will help to the teacher to maintain quality and update themselves to the new technology and trends. We invite to teacher from different schools, colleges and private institution to join our program.
Educational Activity
We go to school and collages and do educational activity such as seminar, workshop etc. on the current trends. So the student will aware about the new trends. We also help to utilize their skills to show that what they can do in their life which helps to develop their standard of living.
Rural children Education
We will start schools on a piece of vacant land in rural India adjacent to a village that lacked any school. Initially, the school was not welcome. Parents saw no value in having their kids (especially daughters) spend time in a classroom rather than working on the family land. We stood firm in the face of very real threats and started teaching kids. Now the school is an important part of life in what is still a poor community.
Women Empowerment
This project aims at bringing the young girls and women together, teaching them basic job skills.
They can also manufacturing a variety of fabric products (handbags, laptop cases, wallets, scarves, folders jewellery etc.). All are paid a fair wage and they set their own prices for the products.
We insist that when the girls get their first pay, they use it to buy things for themselves. This has done a tremendous amount to instil pride in the women as they come to work well-dressed for the first time in their lives.
